In 2008, Bonedale Bike Week was founded by Tracy Wilson, and Jess, and Dave Downing, as means to celebrate the bicycle in all of its forms. Since its founding many local champions have stepped up to plan, organize, fold t-shirts and serve coffee and donuts to the cycling-loving community that is Carbondale. Some of those most notable badass organizers are Dan Giese, Morgan Williams, and Brian Colley who comes up with the best t-shirts each and every year.

Tracy Wilson, with the help of the community including, Brian Colley, still continues to organize Bike Week even though she isn't very good at the downhill and is much better at climbing up rocks. She extends the biggest thank you to Stephanie Berger without whom, Bike Week would not be possible this year. Also to Gracyn Overstreet who designed this lovely website!
